Terms of service
Welcome to Oregon Harvest Catering! Our staff will assist you in every way possible to prepare for a successful event. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact us.
1) Oregon harvest Catering can not provide service without a signed contract. Please review your contract in it's entirety before signing.
2) A service charge of 18% for all catered events will be reflected on your contract.
3) Full payment is required no later than one week prior to the event date. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in a late fee of up to 15%.
4) Delivery fee: $50 - Outside of our normal service area will be charged an additional $2 per mile.
5) Oregon Harvest Catering reserves the right to substitute food items in the case there is product shortages and availability issues.
6) FORCE MAJURE - Oregon Harvest Catering can not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond our control.
7) To protect from possible food contamination, recommended leftover food should not be taken off-site.
8) The number of guests in attendance is required 14 days prior to the event date. Your bill of service is based upon the final number of guests. If your number decreases after the 14-day deadline, you are still responsible for the original quoted price.
9) If your guest count exceeds the number guaranteed in original quote after the 14-day deadline, your bill will reflect the actual number of meals plus a 25% charge on additional meals.
10) In the event of cancellation, notification is required 14 days prior to the event to avoid full payment. There is a $550 cancelation fee for cancelations after booking.
11) Credit Card - PayPal - 3.5% additional processing fee. All checks made payable to Oregon Harvest Catering and received at least 1 week before the event.
12) Client is responsible for buffet cleanup unless attendants are hired or the venue is notified.
13) Due to market changes, product availability and costs may vary. Oregon Harvest Catering may adjust pricing by 3–5% if needed past original quote but will offer substitutes to avoid extra charges.
