📝 How to Order Catering with Oregon Harvest Catering

We make the ordering process simple and stress-free, so you can focus on your event while we handle the food! Here’s how to get started:


1. Fill Out the "Contact Us Today" Form

Start by visiting our Contact Us page and filling out the required information — including your event type, date, guest count, and location. The more details you can provide, the better!

After you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email. We strive to respond within 24 hours by phone or email to discuss your event and next steps.


2. Choose a Drop-Off Catering Package

Select the Drop-Off Package that best fits your event — whether it's a wedding, baby shower, corporate event, or family gathering. We’re happy to help guide you to the best fit.


3. Customize Your Menu

Choose your Entrée(s), Side(s), and Salad(s), then browse our optional selections:

Appetizers, Platters, Drinks, Desserts

Build a menu your guests will love!


4. Add Optional Service Items

Need the extras? Let us know if you'd like to include:

Plates, napkins, Eating utensils, Serving utensils, Cups, Chafing Dishes (to keep food hot throughout your event)


5. Receive a Personalized Quote

Based on your menu, guest count, and selections, we’ll send you a custom quote tailored to your event. We’re always available to answer questions or make adjustments before finalizing.


6. Secure Your Date with a Deposit

To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required.
We accept the following payment methods:

Paypal (a 3.5% processing fee applies)

Your final balance will be due one week prior to your event. we will confirm all the details with you beforehand to ensure everything goes smoothly.
